Our international network offers advanced protection services for our clients in the private area. For this reason, PRORENO has set its quality requirements in respect of education and training of our team members and applicants very high.
Experts from different technical areas guarantee for consulting and implementation corresponding to your actual requirements. Consulting, training and operation are the main focuses of our work. We align them on our clients' requirements. This enables us to give individual and successful advice to our clients.
Our clients expect to receive professional service. This is not possible without a realistic cost-expense-benefit-ratio. Any professional client will expect us to make use of all options we have depending on the applicable operational principles for personal protection in an emergency. Due to this, we assume that there will be professional conduct in all aspects of our cooperation with our client.
Low-quality, under-qualified or even pretended protection services (especially in the areas of personal protection, escorts and protection for crime victims) are not offered by us.
You will receive a team that was assembled specially for the protection task at hand, combined with the proper organisation, preparation and competent operation management.
We offer competent service and loyalty towards our clients, discrete service and confidentiality, reliability and operability. This includes planning and conceptional work as well as advance teams, backup teams, intervention teams, special teams and any administrative processes concerning the concrete tasks.
Our employees usually have the minimum legal permits and certified training required in Germany pursuant to the requirements of the IHK.
For PRORENO team members, however, this only constitutes the minimum basic knowledge. In the interest of the safety of our team members and in the interest of our clients, our education and training requirements are much higher.

Our employees have many years of experience in performing complex protection and safety tasks. Some of our team leaders have more than 25 years of experience on the job, gained in the scope of military duty abroad, at the criminal investigation department, prosecution and in private security service in and outside of Germany (Japan, the UAE, Spain, Ireland, France, German-speaking area, Namibia, Botswana, etc. are only some of the places where they used to work).
Publishing or presenting pictures of and facts on our clients or describing our past operations does not comply with the way we treat our clients and with our understanding of data privacy.

Training / Education
Our trainings are adjusted to the concrete task set to us and have a very high level.
There are mandatory performance tests required for each area that may be connected to executing the task.
The team members continually take part in further education for all relevant partial areas of our activities.
Traditional training and further training for new team members and applicants are conducted by partner companies that are also responsible that the training targets are met and that the legal requirements for approval for pursuing activities in the security area are met.

Security service, and in particular personal protection, is not "just another job". It is a vocation that motivates people to take up this profession.
This is not about standing in the spotlight, appearing in the media, effective self-marketing or similar things.
We only think of the security requirements of our clients and of conducting the complex tasks connected to them.
We ask anyone who cannot deal with not appearing as a "hero" to the outside not to contact us.
